About the PU plant:
1.The workshop needs to be about 500m2-800m2 for each line, 
2.The producers of single shift need to be 5-6 persons for each line.

Operating press: 
A. put one piece of cut flat steel sheet on the moulding frame, another piece of steel sheet down the moulding frame.
B. Inject PU foam into the closed moulding frame with the aluminium edge mould,
C. After 10-30 minutes (according to PU material and operation experience), lift the press, move the moulding frame, then get the PU sandwich panel.
